This is a mid-century modern house renovation project located in Los Angeles, CA. The client wanted to update the current layout and style, create a new kitchen layout and a luxurious master bedroom suite with a stand-up shower and a separate standalone tub without moving the existing plumbing too much.

The client preferred a minimalistic and modern look overall.
We proposed to decrease the landing’s depth and relocate the washer/dryer downstairs to maximize the space.
The master bathroom would be increased to include a tub, and the wardrobes would be replaced with sleek wardrobes with sliding doors.
The guest bathroom would have a walk-in shower, and the guest bedroom would have a built-in wardrobe with the possibility of adding a desk space or built-in unit against the wall.
