In the hallway I would like to do a build in storage on the right side along the hallway, with a secret, hidden, door to the bathroom if that makes sense., and do you think is possible to have a small kitchen island with in-line gas hob on it instead of a L shape kitchen, let me know your thoughts.

The bedroom area will not work that way, the second bedroom won’t have a window, any second ideas??
Regarding the fireplace I will only keep it in the living room, but obviously the chimney breast will have to stay in the bedroom.
Did you manage to see the floor plan measurements on the whiteboard?
The size of the bedrooms, one will have to be a single and 1 double.
