READ MOREtype=new_private_message&project=21362&sender=2557&private_message=Thanks Chris. I think we’re concerned that the back to back bathroom plan just takes too much space from the master bedroom.
Wanted to explore an alternative, one closer to existing layout, but trying to integrate desk/storage area.
Effectively leave the main bathroom where it is – or perhaps reduce it’s size slightly by having a smaller bath.
The idea would then be to still allow access to this bathroom through the hallway, but add a (possibly concealed) desk area on the left handside, with a glass sliding door at the bottom to provide some temporary privacy when in use. Any chance we could have a call later to explain, see whether you think this is possible?

READ MOREtype=new_private_message&project=21362&sender=2557&private_message=Hi Chris, I’ve uploaded a new layout. Keen to keep 2 bathrooms so have added the second one in back to back. We can’t convert the cubpboards in the hallway into working space as the wall between them houses gas&water pipes and electricity cables.
Current question is how to optimise the space in the hallway. Where does the door to the room go? And can we make space for a cupboard to keep scooters and suitcases? (The existing cupboard nearest the front door also has a gas meter in it ).&private_message_id=21852
