I would go with your option of suggesting which areas that could be optimized much more within the 250m2, given that I like the design already in most places but believe that there is still some space for innovative touch to enhance it even more.. thank you,

New private message on project Thanks for your effort on these, Chris! Really interesting about the creation of the foyer. I never thought of that! The main issue at moment is that the second story is towards the back (over the kitchen and rear bedroom), so the stairs can’t go way in the front. Attached are the outside photos again. We are also trying to go with as open as a floor possible. Will review in more detail tomorrow. Thanks again, Leslie

As I mentioned to Ed, what we are really looking for right now is some quick IDEAS for how to best re-adjust the layout (kitchen/living/stairs as the highest priority). Just wanted to tell you that I sent the official magic plan to “service@betterspace.co”, so you can see the source files if you want. On there you should see that I added the lot and some key features such as where the garage and shed is. Currently right behind the home! We are considering moving the garage to the very back as I mentioned in the brief. Obviously beyond the scope of this project, but I wanted to share the grander vision!
