Option 1 is based on the layout you provided — I just fine-tuned a few things and showed two scenarios: one with a sofa bed and one with a Murphy bed, mainly to illustrate clearances and some reference furniture. This layout works well overall; it has an efficient footprint, and I really like the pantry placement. I also adjusted the garage location to offer an alternative that improves circulation from the garage to the pantry, so you can go from the car → mudroom → kitchen more seamlessly, without the zig-zag path.
Option 2 shows garage access through a transition space in the storage area (see ref). The key improvement here is the bathroom layout, which now shares a wet wall with the laundry — a more efficient plumbing arrangement.
Option 3 enhances the garage entry even more by creating a smoother transition zone, almost like a small vestibule before joining the linear mudroom/laundry core. It helps organize the flow and keeps things feeling more intentional.
These are just initial drafts; with your feedback we can refine everything and develop the final layout that fits your priorities and the way you want the home to function.

There is only a list of consultees but not the actual objections they may have made. I assumed that the objections raised by the council would be there? All I can see are the public objections and the 1 constraint relating to the risk to wildlife habitat. Is there another link you can share where we could find more details regarding the objection?
